The Bundesliga will return to your tv screen on May 16, the Deutsche Fussball Liga announced on Thursday. The German topflight will resume with Matchday 26, which will include the all-important Revierderby between Borussia Dortmund and FC Schalke on Saturday.
The DFL published a preliminary schedule with the plan to conduct the final matchday of the 2019/20 season on June 27. For BVB, there are nine remaining fixtures including two mid-week games (Bayern, Mainz), which will be both be held at the Westfalenstadion.
Here are Borussia Dortmund’s preliminary dates until the end of the season:
- 26. Matchday, 16. May, 3.30 pm CET: BVB – FC Schalke 04
- 27. Matchday, 22. – 24. May: VfL Wolfsburg – BVB
- 28. Matchday, 26./27. May: BVB – FC Bayern München
- 29. Matchday, 29. May – 1. June: SC Paderborn – BVB
- 30. Matchday, 05. – 08. June: BVB – Hertha BSC
- 31. Matchday, 12. – 14. June: Fortuna Düsseldorf – BVB
- 32. Matchday, 16./17. June: BVB – FSV Mainz 05
- 33. Matchday, 20. June: RB Leipzig – BVB
- 34. Matchday, 27. June: BVB – TSG Hoffenheim
